TRACTOR SPECIFICATION

1.CAPACITY:

Water well Dia of 6" Depth 150 to 200mtrs in Alluvial Soil.

2.PRIME POWER:

Power for Hydraulic taken from tractor engine through transfer gearbox.

3.WORK METHOD:

Rotation with direct circulation, nucleus destruction with bleeding by water, air or foam.

4.MAST:

Medium duty channel structure with 125mm Feed Cylinder Dia 125x70x1443 Stroke Length.

5.ROD HANDLING CAPACITY:

3mtr drill rods of 4 ½" OD.

6.HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:

Tractor Engine at Max drives the hydraulic system. Operating Pressure of 2250 psi (160kg/cm2) and it consists of 2 Pumps, Hydraulic oil Tank, Coolers, Hoses, Filter, Etc,.

7.HYDRAULIC OIL COOLER:

Hydraulic oil cooler of adequate capacity with hydraulic motor is provided for maintaining the operating system in ambient temperature.

To open the drill joints Hydraulic break out wrench of 350 mm stroke will be provided with rope attached.

12. CENTRALIZER:

The Rig includes centralizer with swing out provision with 10” opening.

13. TOOLS:

The Required tools in scope of supply provided for general operation and Maintenance of the rig.

14. CONTROL PANEL:

Control panel will be provided with all gauges of drill rig, Engine Etc, at the Panel Board and are accessible for the operator. Locking arrangements will be provided for the safety of the control panel.
